There is a wide range of tennis activities available at the club for players of all standards, whether you are a beginner, a social player or a league standard player. Summary of activities.
Monday Night tournament.
The Monday night tournament is designed for the beginners, improvers, social and non-league players. The tournament starts at 7.30 and normally finishes about 9.00pm. the format consists of a doubles, mixed and mens/ladies doubles. No need to bring a playing partner as partners are allocated. This tournament is ideal for new members as they have the opportunity to meet other club members and arrange matches with players of similar standard. There is an entry fee of €2 to pay for lights, prizes. Non-members who wish to try out the facilities are also welcome.
Friday Night Mixed doubles players
Friday night mixed doubles runs from January to May and October to December. This mainly for league standard players. The tournament runs from 7.00 – 9.pm.
Again it is great for newcomers to the club and the playing format ensures that you play with a number of different partners. There is also a social aspect to this as usually the night ends with a cup of tea/biscuits (low cal of course) and a chat about all the great shots and the missed chances. There is also a mixed doubles night out to dinner a couple of times a year. The team that brings you Mixed doubles also bring you a number of Saturday “Compass Tournaments” All standards are catered for in a mixed doubles format .

Dublin Lawn Tennis Council (DLTC) League
Celbridge Tennis club have teams in Class 2 to 7 both ladies and mens.
The club enters teams in all competitions including:
Winter League January – March , Summer League May – June
Mixed July – August, Senior(over 35) September – October
Floodlight September – November.
Teams are pick based on positions on challenge ladder in the club and other club competitions.
